So.. you knew this was coming, right? Every girl should own a LBD (Little Black Dress, for those of you living under a rock), but what about the little white dress we’ve seen gracing the runways and streets? I know, if you’re anything like me, you’re already trying to figure out how to pull off this look without resembling a toddler in “Sunday’s best”. It’s a difficult trend to pull, but with the right elements -you’re bound to nail your favorite look. Hi babes! Man, have I missed you guys! It’s been madness around here and I’ve been absolutely itching to get a post up! So.. this has been a hidden secret of mine for some time. But like all ‘unknown’ things, they must eventually come to an end (of being unknown that is, lol). Urbanog.com has been my all-time favorite shoe website for the following reasons:

  1. They are so decently priced, it is RIDIC. I think that alone makes for a keeper in my book! Ranging from $7.00 (yes, seven dot zero zero!) – $50.00
  2. They very often try to emulate other styles out in the fashion industry and are very edgy when trying new looks. New looks can be seen DAILY!
  3. There is almost ALWAYS a sale, promo code, deal-of-the-day or free shipping that pulls me in for the win. Enroll in the emails. They. Are. Worth. Every. Penny!

So, today we are featuring my favorite site! I decided to put Urbanog.com up against some fierce competition: Bakers Shoes and Aldo Shoes.

I’ve had several pairs of shoes from all three and I can definitely say that confort wise, they are all different. Urbanog is usually true to size, while Aldo Shoes is usually a snug fit (due to the fact that they want you to ‘break them in’ as I was so kindly told by the sales girl), and with Bakers carrying brands like Jessica Simpson, MIA and Nicole Lee – They can all differ! While we all know that Bakers and Aldo can carry some hefty price tags, I’m here to show you just how comparable they can be. Waffy’s First Piece-by-Piece

Hello tweekers! I’m gonna try to do a piece by piece and hopefully I don’t mess it up like I do everything else in life. So as I was perusing the online a couple of days ago I came across a photo spread that Justin Theroux did for GQ back in October.

Pretty much he’s channeling Al Pacino in Serpico, therefore I tried to channel Justin channeling Al. Yep we’re all on first name basis.

Anywhoooooo, just a tad bit of advice for all you tweekers. When in doubt of what to wear, surf the online and find pictures of your favorite celebs and try to put together outfits that resemble theirs. Chances are you’ll have something strikingly similar already that you can work with.

From Catwalk to Sidewalk: Dsquared2

Greetings tweekers! After a week full of new adventures I’m finally able to sit down and write up a giddy little post for y’all! Okay, so let’s just get to it because I really have no filler material, and I don’t feel like coming up with anything because I’m lazy and I have ADHD , so I can’t be sitting here for too long.

Two of my favorite men in fashion are Dean and Dan Caten. These men are not only twin brothers but also the masterminds of their designer label, Dsquared2. The look we have today comes from their spring/summer 2012 line.

Thing of the Week: Boots!

Ok all you tweekers! Sorry we’re late this week on our “Thing of the Week.” I’m sure you can all understand that the holidays are a time for family and the substances that you must intake to deal with them.

Anywho let’s get this started. This week’s thing of the week is BOOTS! Yay for boots! Everyone in the world absolutely, positively must own at least ONE decent pair of boots. Boots in the winter are like the pop to the tart. Who cares if it’s still 80 degrees in FL?!! I rock boots at all times of the year.

I really just made this week’s thing boots because I just bought myself a pair of boots for my birthday, and as you all should know by now I find any reason to talk about myself. I’ve been searching for borderline a year and a half for the right pair of brown boots. I finally bought some on the online this week and they arrived two days later. Snaps for the workers at UPS!!!
